Some individuals have been complaining about the cost and quality of the t-shirts that are for sale via the Cafe-press website.   They were the quickest/easiest method for me to produce some CAP items based on the demand of the members. 

Now that I'm retired I've had some time on my hands and found a local vendor that can make these shirts at about the same price or actually cheaper.  

The quality of these new shirts is pretty good.  They are 100% preshrunk cotton, but according to my wife they will still shrink a little bit. 

These shirts are NOT screen prints.  They have a new machine that prints the dye directly into the fabric.. (it's actually a large printer) The vendor tells me the direct print will last longer than the screen printing because it bonds to the fabric and doesn't just get transferred "onto" the fabric.

   The X-Large fits me pretty good.   For those you that know  me, I'm pretty close to the size I was when I got out of the Corps....

 give or take  60lbs...  LOL
